The very bottom photo is us just entering the Canadian border. After a series of questions, we were off to our Bed and Breakfast located about 10 minutes into Canada in a seaside town called White Rock.

Friday afternoon, the opening ceremonies started at B.C. Place but unfortunately it was blockaded and we couldn't get to near it. Right outside, a protest against the Olympics was taking place.

Most of the pictures are of downtown Vancouver near British Columbia Canada Pavillion where there was the opening ceremonies being televised against a Sears building. The Sears in Canada are much nicer than U.S. Sears by the way : ) When the United States came out...there were many boo's but I managed to still scream pretty loudly.
